This page explains exactly what happens to information you send us through this website. It is short because the site collects very little.

Who we are

What we collect
The consultation form. Four fields: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your plot location, and the stage your project is at. Only the first two are required. We do not ask for an email address, an ID number, or any payment detail — and you should never send those through this form.
Analytics, only if you agree. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read before they get in touch. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.
Ordinary server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web-server information such as IP address and browser type. We do not use these for marketing.
Where the form goes
The consultation form is processed by FormSubmit.co, which forwards it to our inbox as an email. Your details pass through their servers in the course of that delivery. We do not have an account system, and nothing you type is stored in a database on this website — the site is a set of static files with no database behind it.
Videos
Walkthrough videos of completed homes are served directly from this site and set nothing on your device. Our YouTube episodes are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com and load nothing at all until you press play.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled only by us and by the service providers that make the site work: FormSubmit.co (form delivery), our hosting provider, and — with your consent — Google Analytics.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox while we are in contact with you and for our ordinary business records afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Write to rekobrick@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
