House No. 218 was commissioned by an overseas Pakistani family managing their build from abroad — exactly the kind of project our remote-consultation and weekly-update process is built for.
The owner approved plans, budget, and contract on a video call, then followed the build week to week through photo and video updates, signing off each milestone before we moved to the next.
From grey structure through interior finishing and home automation, the family never had to fly back to inspect the site in person.
