About this site
This website is published by Rekodik Constructions, Rekodik Business Center, Riverview Commercial, Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Using it means you accept the terms on this page.
Costs and estimates
Our guides publish specific construction costs — per square foot, and for 5 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal builds. Those figures are published to help you plan and to show how we think about budgeting. They are estimates, not quotations, and they are not an offer to build at those prices.
Real costs move with material prices, your plot, your drawings and your finish specification. A price we will stand behind comes only from a written, itemised quotation for your specific project after we have seen the plot and the drawings. Figures on this site may also be out of date by the time you read them.
Projects and photography
Case studies, photographs and walkthrough videos show homes we have actually built. They illustrate our standard of work; they are not a promise that your build will be identical in specification, cost or timeline.
No contract from this website
Sending the consultation form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a slot in our schedule, or commit either of us to anything. Work begins only under a signed contract.
Our content
The text, photographs, videos, drawings and design on this site belong to Rekodik Constructions. Please do not republish them commercially without asking. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome.
Society site maps are provided for reference. They originate with the relevant development authorities, and we cannot guarantee they are the current revision — confirm plot details with the society before you rely on them.
Links elsewhere
We link to YouTube and other outside sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. We may change or remove any part of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Rawalpindi/Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
